Member Eligibility

While member eligibility quickly becomes divided into a number of different categories, the universal requirement for all of the Fund’s more than 700 member companies and organizations is that they self-insure their own workers compensation programs

Member Eligibility

While there are a number of Fund member designations (i.e. participating, partial participating, excluded, self-insured group, revoked), the universal requirement for all of the Fund’s more than 500 member companies and organizations is that they self-insure their own workers compensation programs. Any company that does this is required to be a member of the Security Fund.
