The Security Fund was the creation of the California State Legislature, which wrote provisions into the law that require ongoing regulatory coordination and oversight of both the Fund and its members.

Legislation

The Security Fund actively monitors bills and proposals in the California Legislature that could impact the fund and its members. We retain an advocate in Sacramento who represents the Fund to help ensure it can continue to protect and improve our mission to our member companies and injured workers.
